How to be happy all the time





How TO BE HAPPY ALL THE TIME 

Being happy all the time it's quite difficult but not impossible.For a happy soul thinking positive is important. Because a positive mind can do positive and good things also.Positivity is a sign of a happy soul.

If you obey some small things you can easily be happy . Now you just have to know what the things is .

Don't think what others think 

Most of the time we generally think that what others think about us. Because we grew up  hearing what four people would say. . But to be happy, we need to change our thinking about this. Yes it will be little difficult but not impossible. If we do not think what others think  when we do something for ourselves, then we can do the job well and we will happy with it .


Always question yourself 

Have you ever ask yourself whether what you are doing is really making happy or torturing you? ask yourself what you really want. When you ask yourself the question, you get what is right for you ,and this answer is what makes your present and future happy


Set your priorities 

When we do not set priorities  in our lives, we become very confused. And a confused brain is a worst thing in human  body . We have to set priorities in our life so that we can hard work without any confusion  and live peacefully 


Always prepare your self for every situation 

 There is a circle of life . Where the good times will come and bad times will come also. in good times  we have to prepare ourselves enough  so that we can also survive the bad times. Suppose you are doing a good job from which you earn good money. Here if you save at least 10% of that Income they will save you in bad times. This is how you have to prepare yourself  for every situation.



Think good 

 Always think good . It's always happen that when we think good or when we think positive the positive  happens with us. When we think positive our mind become relax and when we think negative our mind become confused and create more problems . There is some situation where we can't think positive at all ,so what we have to do is question ourselves and find the answers. Like, “ is this right for me”? or  “is that right for me or not”?.
